Oral Presentation Guidelines

1. Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A).
2. Prepare your slides using Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF format.
3. Presenters should arrive at their assigned session room at least 15 minutes before the start of the session.
4. Please bring your presentation on a USB drive and upload it to the session computer during the break before your session.
5. The presentation should be in English.
6. Include the paper ID, title, authors, and affiliation on the first slide.

 Poster Presentation Guidelines

1. Poster size should be A0 format (841 × 1189 mm / 33.1 × 46.8 inches), portrait orientation.
2. The poster should include the paper ID, title, authors, affiliation, introduction, methodology, results, conclusion, and references.
3. Font size should be large enough to be readable from a distance of about 1 meter.
4. Presenters should be present at their posters during the scheduled poster session.
5. Prepare a 3-minute brief introduction of your poster.
6. Materials for mounting posters will be provided at the venue.
