Oral Presentation Guidelines
- Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A).
- Prepare your slides using Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF format.
- Presenters should arrive at their assigned session room at least 15 minutes before the start of the session.
- Please bring your presentation on a USB drive and upload it to the session computer during the break before your session.
- The presentation should be in English.
- Include the paper ID, title, authors, and affiliation on the first slide.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Poster size should be A0 format (841 × 1189 mm / 33.1 × 46.8 inches), portrait orientation.
- The poster should include the paper ID, title, authors, affiliation, introduction, methodology, results, conclusion, and references.
- Font size should be large enough to be readable from a distance of about 1 meter.
- Presenters should be present at their posters during the scheduled poster session.
- Prepare a 3-minute brief introduction of your poster.
- Materials for mounting posters will be provided at the venue.
